On September 23rd we celebrated our 1st Anniversary. Reflecting on this past year, we want to thank our Customers and Friends for your continue support,  and to the family, thank you for always being there to help when needed.

We hope to have your support in the years to come and we promise to deliver perfection in every job done.

We wish all the Brides who came to us for their special day the best in life and marriage.

El 23 de Setiembre festejamos nuestro Primer Aniversario. reflejando en ese año, queremos agradecer a nuestros Clientes y Amigos por su apoyo incondicional, y a la familia muchas gracias por estar siempre alli cuando fue necesario ayudar.

Esperamos contar con su apoyo en los proximos años y prometemos entregar perfeccion en todos los trabajos.

School year is here in Florida and, with the kids in school, some parents have more time for themselves.  I have seen parents cry on their kid first day on Pre-K and some on first grade, but most of the parents were happy to see the kids go back to school. I think the most happy are the parents from College age children, no more wild parties at home, no more late night worries, because the kid is not home until sun up.

Now with more time, you can go out more. But, and there is always a but,  you need new clothes and some alterations done. We are here for you, when you look good, we look good and we love to look good.

El año escolar ha comenzado en Florida y, con los hijos en Clase, algunos padres y madres tienen mas tiempo para si mismos. He visto padres y madres llorar con niños en el Jardin o en primer grado, pero la gran mayoria estan contentos que los chicos esten de nuevo en la escuela. Yo creo que los mas contentos son los que tienen hijos en edad Universitaria, no mas fiestas ruidosas en la casa, no mas preocupaciones por que el hijo o la hija no vuelve hasta que el sol esta arriba.

Ahora que tienen mas tiempo, pueden salir mas. Pero, y siempre hay un pero, tienen que comprar ropa nueva y van a necesitar arreglos (alteraciones). Estamos aqui para Uds, cuando Ud se ve bien, nosotros nos vemos bien y nos gusta mucho  vernos bien.

Hello everybody:

Summer time is the time of the year when we spend more time with the family, go on vacations.  It is also time to (for some people) to loose weight. If anybody needs alterations on their clothes because of this, we are here to help you.

We complain of the heat and the rain here in Florida, while in some other parts of the world they complain about the cold and the rain, maybe hot and too dry. It is human nature to complain  about something. Never happy with what we have, we need to appreciate more what we have and the people we have with us now. Tell our relatives, especially the  older ones, we love them. Never know how long they are going to be around.

Enjoy your Summer and your Family

February, the month for love and friendship, is almost gone.  February is also the month of Veranda’s Birthday. We celebrated the whole month for Love, Friends and Veranda.

Please  make sure you tell your parents you love them, never know when it will be the last time.  Make it often, in person or on the phone, they never get tired of you telling them ” I love you”.

Hope you had a great February too and have a great year.

This time of the year we are all very busy, getting the gifts for friends and family, shipping to other States or Countries. It is a very stressful time, that is why we went to the Mall @ Wellington  Green this past Sunday with the grand children. We had a good time, people watching and the kids playing in the playground for a while. After that we had some snacks(sugar free) and continue walking around until we found Santa. So we stood in line like everybody else with the kids. and after a while we enter a Snow Globe, where the kids played with some fake snow for a few minutes until we had to go meet Santa. They took some nice photos, the kids had fun and that is all about for the Holidays, for the kids to have fun.

We want to thank everybody for your continue support this first few months and wish A Merry Christmas (if you celebrate) and a great New Year 2014 for all. From our family to yours.

Esta epoca del año estamos todos muy ocupados, comprando regalos para familiares y amigos, enviando a otros Estados o Paises. Es una epoca estresante, y es por eso que fuimos al Mall de Wellington Green este ultimo domingo con los nietos.. Pasamos un dia maravilloso, mirando gente pasar y los nietos jugando un rato con juegos infantiles. Despues de esto fuimos a comer una merienda(sin azucar) y seguimos caminando hasta que encontramos a Santa. Nos pusimos en linea como todo el mundo y despues de un rato entramos a un globo con nieve falsa, donde jugaron los niños por unos minutos hasta que nos toco ir a saludar a Santa. Tomaron una fotos muy hermosas, los niños se divirtieron y eso es lo mas importante en las Fiestas.

Queremos agradecer a todos por su  apoyo en estos primeros meses y desearle Feliz Navidad ( si la celebran) y a todos un muy feliz Año Nuevo 2014. De nuestra familia a la de ustedes.

This year has gone  really too fast for us at Isabella Tailors. Some good things happened this year and some not so good. It is time to get ready for the Holidays of Christmas and New Year. One is more Religious and Family oriented and the other more of a Party time. We hope everybody is able to celebrate with family and not shopping on December 25th,  that means somebody else is working and not at home with their family.

We like to make sure everybody looks their very best for this events and that is why we offer a few specials you can find in this website  and in different publications this month. We will be open from 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 8.30 AM to 3.00 PM the entire month of December. Other times by appointment only, you can call us at 561.405.6872 to make your appointment.

Este año se ha ido demasiado rapido para nosotros en Isabella Tailors. Han pasado algunas cosas muy buenas y otras no tanto.. Es hora de alistarse para los feriados de fin de año, Navidad y Año Nuevo. Uno es mas religioso y para pasar en familia y el otro es mas para ir a alguna fiesta. Esperemos que todos puedan celebrar con la familia y no saliendo a comprar el 25 de diciembre, esto quiere decir que hay alguien mas que tiene que trabajar ese dia y no puede pasar con la familia.

Queremos estar seguros que todos esten lo mas presentables posible y lo mas hermosas posible, es por eso que hemos puesto varios especiales para este mes que los puede ver en la pagina web y en varias publiaciones este mes. Vamos a estar abiertos de 8.30 AM hasta las 6.00 PM de lunes a viernes y los sabados de 8.30 AM hasta las 3.00 PM todo el mes de diciembre. Otros horarios solo con cita previa. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day in the USA, time to reflect and say thank you for all the good things we have. Especially friends and family, don’t forget your Health. Very important to be healthy to be able to enjoy all the good things in life.

At this time, we at Isabella Tailors, would like to thank Family, Friends and Customers that are becoming friends for the continue support this first few months. It all makes the effort worth doing. We are going to be closed for this day and encourage everybody to  NOT shop on Thursday. Remember, there are people who can’t be with their families.

To all our Jewish Friends, Family and Customers it is also Chanukah, a rare event, once in a life time day called Thanksgivukkah . Lets Celebrate and remember all the History of Our People.

Mañana en los Estados Unidos es el Dia de Accion de Gracias, un dia para refleccionar y agradeder todas las cosas buenas que tenemos. Especialmente familia y amigos, no olvidarse de la salud. Es muy importante tener salud para disfrutar de las buenas cosas de la vida.

Es en este momento  nosotros en Isabella Tailors, queremos agradecer a la Familia, los Amigos y los Clientes que se van convirtiendo en amigos por su apoyo continuado a traves de estos primeros meses. Esto  hace que todo esfuerzo sea valido. Vamos a estar cerrados por este dia y les pedimos a todos que no vayan a comprar en en dia Jueves. Recuerden que hay gente que no podra pasar el dia con la familia. Para nuestros amigos Judios, Familia y clientes, tambien es el primer dia de Chanukah, algo muy extraño que pase en el mismo dia y se ve una vez cada generacion. Aqui en EEUU se llama Thanksgivukkah . Celebremos este dia mientras tambien recordamos la historia de nuestra gente.

Last week we had some big news, a new addition to the extended family. A baby was born, his name is Thian, the son of Marcel and Lorena in Uruguay. Congratulations to the parents, grandparents and great grandparents. We have a photo of the baby with grandpa and his uncle.

On the business front, we are finally getting recognized with some nice reviews and people are noticing on line. Some people coming in telling us they’ve seen the good reviews and that is why they decided to come to us for their alterations.

We are very happy and proud to say  that our very own Isabella M, who is the inspiration for us to continue in this business has made the Honor Roll @ A D Henderson School, part of the FAU University School system. Her report card was  all A’s and Excellent.  She is in 4th grade, 9 years old.  Isabella also plays the piano, the violin, she sings with the Palm Beach County School quire and is in the music club at school. She is getting to take over the business and learning how to sew by hand and using the sewing machine too. We all need to strive to be that good in life, not only in school.  Thank you Isabella  for all you do and for being such a good big sister, more like a second mom to you little brother Amauri.

Estamos muy felices y orgullosos de decirles que nuestra querida Isabella M. , nuestra inspiracion para seguir adelante en este proyecto esta entre laos mejores alumnos en su escuela, teniendo todas las mas altas calificaciones posibles. Ella esta en 4o grado y tiene 9 años. Isabella tambien toca en piano, el violin, canta en el coro de alumnos de todas las escuelas en el condado de Palm Beach t forma parte del club de musica en la escuela. Ademas se esta preparando para tomar control del negocio aprendiendo a coser, a mano y con la maquina tambien. Todos tenemos que tratar de hacer las cosas bien en la vida, no solo en los estudios. Gracias Isabella por todo lo que haces y por ser una muy buena hermana mayor, casi una segunda madre, para Amauri.

Today is Friday and November is here.  We are happy that some new customers came in with our add in Improve Magazine, that means something is working for us.

This month we have a few things going on. Thanksgiving day and Hanukkah are in the same day, November 28th. People need to get ready for this events and we are ready to help everybody look their best. Let’s Celebrate Thanksgivukkah.

There is a happy and nervous lady coming in  for a Wedding Gown. She needs alterations. Her father works with Marcelo, who told him Veranda is the best, got our card and Mom call us to come in, maybe this Saturday. We are all excited!!!
